We take enquiries by phone. Tell us what is happening and we will say what we would check and roughly how long a first visit takes. Serving Berkeley and nearby.
What happens on the visit
About an hour. Crawlspace or attic, the electrical panel, the outside walls, the rooms that do not work, and the spot an outdoor unit could stand. You get two or three options in writing afterwards, with prices, whether or not you go ahead.
